You may cancel or adjust your order until 6:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding the pick-up or delivery date.
Any orders that are not picked up by the end of the designated pick-up time will be donated to the People's Food Pantry and/or Zions Senior Center Pantry. Your card will be charged whether or not your order is picked up, and we are unable to issue refunds for missed pick-ups.
Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the pickup site. The item will either be replaced or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order.
