FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Question: When can I shop online?
Answer: You can start shopping on Thursdays at 9am. The store closes at 6pm on Mondays. This gives us enough time on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to harvest, pack, and distribute your order.
Question: Which should I choose, Week 1 or Week 2?
Answer: Please refer to our calendar to determine which schedule to choose. Please note, the week number corresponds to the distribution date, not the date you place the order.
Question: How can I put my subscription on hold?
Answer: Click on the little person icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Select “Subscriptions” to see a list of the subscriptions you have with us. Click the “Options” button next to your subscription and select “Request a Hold.” Fill in your hold dates. If you have more than one subscription and you want to put them all on hold, you can click the "Put Subscriptions on Hold" button at the top.
Question: What happens if I forget to pick up my order?
Answer: We will donate your order our local food pantries in NEPH: Zions Senior Center and People's Community Food Projects. If you wish to avoid getting charged for your order, please cancel before 6pm on the Monday prior to your distribution day. We send out a reminder email on the day before your distribution. Please include us as approved senders in order to make sure our reminder emails don't end up in your spam.
